Tilt — a block puzzle where clearing a line spins the whole box

I've been prototyping a twist on block puzzles: when you clear a row, the box rotates a quarter turn clockwise and every block falls to the new floor. Rows you leave behind become columns, so you end up planning one step past the clear.  It's free in the browser, no signup, works on phones: [link]  There's a daily box (same pieces for everyone) and an endless mode. Two things I'd love to know: did the spin make sense without reading the instructions, and did you want a second go? Happy to hear it's bad, that's why I'm posting it.
